e-Monitor+ is software for office organisations that integrates instruction to employees. 
Workplace instructions and risk inventory and evaluation (RI&E) of VDU work and links this to a management system. This combination of functions leads to a reduction of the time needed to go through processes concerning health and safety and it leads to significant cost reduction and improved process control. The interactivity, simple navigation and flexibility of the software leads to very fast procedures for instruction and RI&E sessions. The application complies with the Dutch and European legislation. e-Monitor+ consists of:

• The information module that informs employees concerning healthy VDU work and that provides workplace instruction.
• The test module reviews the consisting knowledge of employees concerning safe and healthy work. Knowledge is a necessity for the application of healthy work behaviour.
• The VDU work RI&E module makes an inventory of the risks for individual VDU workers. Then the employees optimise their workplace themselves. taking into account their possibilities within the organisation.
• The analysis module detects risks. weighs the risks and sets priorities at solving bottlenecks.
• The management module links health and safety measures to people in charge. by means of the ‘workflow principle’. Because of this. health and safety becomes a smooth and managed process.
• The report function guarantees process transparency at each desired moment. and on each desired aggregation level.

The cost report controls budgets and the effectiveness of health and safety measures.
